One of the most historic cities in the nation. Baltimore is a city that balances classic style and quirky places. Cobblestone streets, revolutionary architecture, and a beautiful waterfront make this a beautiful place to visit year round. During our (very) short visit, we had to choose wisely. Luckily, my family scouted out some must see places that we had to see shortly before we came out. We chose 3 spots: the American Visionary Art Museum (love!), Fell's Point, and the National Aquarium. It was nice to have a variety of different places to go!

The American Visionary Art Museum
Where to start, there is NOTHING like this museum that I have ever been too (And I've taken 5 art history classes!). This quirky, fun, and flashy art museum (literally; it's covered in glass) features local Baltimore artists and people creating what they believe is art. To me, the biggest takeaway from this spectacular place is that anyone can create art! So Inspiring!
